Digital templates

Because templates are downloadable files, we do not offer refunds once the download link is sent. If a file does not work as described, email hello@khataiq.com within 14 days and we will fix it, help you set it up, or refund you if we cannot.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or charged without receiving the file, we refund the extra amount to the original payment method within 7 working days.

MIS services

Setup fees cover work already done and are not refundable once mapping has started. Monthly fees can be cancelled with one month's notice; there are no refunds for months already delivered.
